The quiet and proximity to Al Arab Street are positives, but the rooms are small, the buffet lacks variety, and the front‑desk staff were uncooperative.
“perfect for nana location , room, you couldn’t swing a cat .”
The location is great, but the room is very small.

I was impressed by how nice everything was, the location is great and there are plenty of things nearby, but I wish the floor in the room had been cleaner. The street leading to the hotel is noisy with music and other sounds. The receptionist was the only staff member who didn’t smile; I felt forced to be polite and respond kindly 🙂, otherwise everything was fine.
The quiet atmosphere was a plus. The rooms were extremely small, and the buffet offered nothing for Arab Muslims; they were uncooperative about extending the stay, giving me only one hour when I had requested a suite and a room.
The location is excellent and the pool offers a great view of the Bangkok skyline; the bedroom is a good size with a comfy bed, and the staff are friendly and helpful. A smoking area by the pool would be nice.
