The staff were friendly and willing to accommodate every request, even when we asked for help with things outside their scope. The house is just a short walk from the station that took us to Venice. Unfortunately, the only things we didn’t like were things that couldn’t be improved because it’s a shared apartment: the roommates left everything dirty, and the hardest part was carrying all the luggage up to the third floor without an elevator.

Very close to Mestre’s central station. Cleanliness was non‑existent, the building was very old, the bathroom was shared, and there were mosquitoes and flies everywhere.

“Beware of bugs!! And strange fines.”

The room was big and we could arrange the level of heating. The host has a system of fines, so if you arrive after 23.00, she will fine you on 10 euro. We arrived before 23.00, she was not at the place. We called her and she came at 22.55 - and fined us! We told her that it's unfair, she just ignored our words. And I don't know about other rooms, but the bed in room 11 is full of bugs, and they bite as hell :(( The neighbors were extremely loud at night. The hall is smelly and very hot

The location, quick response, and flexible check‑in/check‑out times were good. It wasn’t clear on Booking what type of accommodation it was, the bathroom was shared, and the neighbours were noisy until the early morning.

I stayed in this wonderful place in Venice for just one night, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived I felt at home: the host was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail, giving us useful tips to experience Venice authentically. The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, striking a perfect balance between traditional Venetian style and modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the environment very quiet, ideal after a day of walking through alleys and canals. Even though the stay was brief, I greatly appreciated the quality of the space and the relaxing atmosphere. The location was excellent: convenient for reaching the main sights, yet far enough from tourist crowds to savour the true spirit of Venice. Everything matched the description, even exceeded my expectations. It’s one of those places that makes you want to return to Venice just to stay again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic, comfortable, high‑quality experience. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
