We had a wonderful, cozy little house with a fireplace right in the middle of the greenery. The main house was nearby and had a pool, a restaurant, and many other amenities. We felt very comfortable!

The place was quiet and had a good spot near the forest, free parking, and a fireplace outside. It was a bit noisy near the neighbor’s cabin, and the cabin needs a general renovation and a couple of new floorboards.

The cabins were nice and had everything we needed; the location suited us since we were just passing through, so we probably wouldn’t have gotten lost. They blend well into nature, but the rooms feel a bit dark because of the small windows.

The complex is perfect for a family stay: spacious cabins with all the necessary equipment, plus a heated pool, sauna, outdoor play area, and a large indoor playroom with inflatable games for kids. It sits between Sogndal and Kaupanger, convenient if you have a car, but it can feel a bit far for groceries or other errands. Our cabin (no. 27) was a double room separated only by a thin wooden door, so we could hear everything happening in the neighboring cabin, which was disappointing. Also, large groups can fill the restaurant and reception by stopping in the bus at this big establishment.
