A Hostel

“Descanso y amistad de los mexicanos.”

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly, but one night around 3 am I heard someone from another room say that earlier, at 1 am, a few unregistered guests had entered the hostel. One of the registered guests let them in because they were friends, and they went into our room to drink, which felt serious because they could have taken something. We have lockers, but no one should have entered except the room’s guests, and they also disrupted everyone’s rest. Maybe there should be someone on duty at night for security.

“Not worth the price”

Wow. No windows. No kitchen. No air circulation. Thank God (I guess) someone propped open both inner and outer doors. Was it a safety and security hazard? Yes but also a relief. It was not worth the price. No toilet paper either. And it was expensive!. The lighting was good. I took a selfie

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was good, but I’m not sure if the room had been cleaned—there were hairs on or in the bedding. It was very loud since all the rooms are around a central communal space, like a courtyard.
