Everything was wonderful, and I hope it stays that way. The staff were super—never seen such friendly, helpful people; all were smiling and eager to help, and I give them individual thanks. Everything was amazing.

“Nie wieder Kirman Kette.”

Nothing good. It definitely doesn't live up to the name Premium; I understand a different level of Premium. Every day the same food. The selection wasn’t bad, but the taste was awful. At least you could be glad to get a pool lounger. It felt like there were far more guests than available loungers. Service was generally terrible; staff constantly fought among themselves. For the money you could get much better hotels.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the Sidemarin Kirman Hotel; the rooms were clean, the food was great 24/7, and the staff were very helpful. The only issue was that people booked the pool seats very early because it was crowded, even though the hotel posted signs everywhere telling us not to do that. There isn’t any sort of entertainment at night other than the disco.

The daily program and organization were good. However, there were long lines when ordering food, the lobby staff were exhausting, and several drinks I ordered were never brought even after scanning the QR code, which was not noticed.
