We enjoyed a fantastic stay surrounded by nature and mountain views, which made the place feel calm and peaceful—ideal for escaping city life and spending quality time with loved ones. Badulu Oya is nearby, and the river and surrounding scenery add a special touch; you can take a refreshing dip when the water conditions are safe, though it’s wise to check the level first. The property’s swings are a hit with kids, giving families a fun spot while adults relax and soak in the views. Watching trains pass on the other side of the mountain was a unique experience, especially at night when the distant sounds added charm. We were lucky to stay around a Poya day, and watching the full moon rise over the mountains was unforgettable. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available, and the steep access road was manageable with care and clear directions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful nature getaway and would gladly return.
