Very dirty, not worth the money.

“Not worth it at all, go anywhere else, safer, better, quieter.”

The decor was somewhat okay, but when we arrived it took over 2 hours for someone to actually open the door, and after we finally slept, they started knocking so hard they woke us up; it turned out the owner cancelled the booking worth 300 SAR, forcing us to pay 350 SAR on site if we wanted to stay, and on the second day, hours before checkout, the staff rudely unlocked the door while we were sleeping instead of knocking. The “garden” consisted of two broken chairs and a table, and during the rain the place leaked water. I would never stay there again; I’d rather pay three times the price for a safe place.

The location is good, but the property isn’t worth 300 SAR per night; a maximum of 150 SAR would be fair.

The place is quiet and comfortable, but it needs soundproofing and the windows require large curtains because the sunlight is annoying while sleeping.

Smart TV, very accommodating host, and an outside seating area; however, there was dust.
