“Empfehlenswert!”

The staff were very nice, dedicated, and motivated. The location is great, not far from Fira, and there are plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. The facilities are good and the breakfast is superb. Unfortunately, the view does not match what the pictures promised.

“Tax demasiados caros para un hotel de esta categoría y sin televisor smart tv y sin vista a nada .”

The room was clean and pleasant, but the TV was not smart, which is a big problem because it only had Greek language and was basically unusable. The TV was a standard 40‑inch model in Greek, so that was disappointing. The view was just cables, and we wanted a view of the boiler, which we understood was the Maltese State and the Maltese, yet they charged us €400 more for a stay in a worse room that had a cable view and nothing else. They should improve and not charge anything for that change for a room without a jacuzzi or a pool. They also added taxes as if it were a 5‑star hotel, when in reality it was more like a 3‑star or 4‑star.

The hotel is boutique, clean, and has a jacuzzi on the terrace. There are photos that show the hotel with a sea view, but that isn’t the case. The hotel is in the center of Imerovigli. The main pool has a view of the caldera, but it’s in the middle of the village, and there are photos claiming a sea view. Breakfast is quite limited and doesn’t live up to a 5‑star standard. If you don’t expect a sea view and white houses, it’s okay.
