The setting, tranquility, and lodge concept are very appealing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well‑designed. We also appreciated that, despite several issues, the team took the time to listen to our feedback and showed willingness to understand our experience. The service does not match the price; a more proactive and personalized approach is needed—sending information via WhatsApp is not enough; reception should guide, anticipate, and facilitate vineyard activities and reservations. Initially, we perceived more excuses than solutions for multiple problems. It is also surprising that relatively new facilities show leaks, dampness, and deterioration, along with cleaning, maintenance, and keg availability issues. Coordination between the lodge and the vineyard needs significant improvement.

The place is really pretty, but the cabins are too visible and the breakfast was lacking.

The property and rooms were very nice, and the hot tub worked well and was a pleasant addition. However, breakfast offered very few options—just yogurt, eggs, and bread—while the café had amazing cakes that weren't included. The dinner at the Food&Wine lab was disappointing: the wine selection was average and the overall experience didn't live up to the price or expectations. We also felt the service was a bit lacking, as we were asked several times about the booking payment that initially failed, and after it was completed, the reception never sent a confirmation.
