“Very decent and practical but small”

Very close to the terminal and quiet—no train noise, just neighbors. The room was very small, barely enough space for luggage, so we only brought carry‑ons.

The hotel sits in the city center next to the pedestrian street and restaurants, and the port is within walking distance; the covered parking is on the adjacent street. A kettle with a tray for coffee, a fridge, and a safe are provided, and the place is clean. The room faces the railway line, so it is noisy, but the train traffic stops at 23h and resumes at 5h, which helps. The bed was far too hard, causing back pain in the morning. The bathroom is only 1 m wide, making it difficult for taller guests to use the toilet. We were told to cross the street to have breakfast at the bar "C'est Bon", but the only breakfast offered is the name itself: a coffee (or something else) with a glass of heavily sweetened fake orange juice and a pastry. For a second item, it is paid, and the managers show no smile and cannot even say hello. We quickly wanted to leave! Across the roundabout, the Brunch restaurant "Bjoin" serves excellent breakfasts. Finally, there was no staff at departure, no information, and no key box; fortunately the reception area was open so we could drop our key set.

Location was excellent for our purposes to see Cinque Terre. Single bed a bit lumpy but sheets & bed covering were very nice
