The host was very friendly and the breakfast excellent. The bed was lovely and the bathroom very good. There was no coffee maker and no shower items, even though that was listed.

The bungalow sat in a park with a view and was peaceful; it’s a short walk from Phalbourg and you can grill there, plus there’s parking right next to the lodging. A couple more lights would help because at night between the car and the chalet it’s pitch black. The reviews rave about the breakfast, but for us it was just normal: one croissant, bread with butter and jam, eggs, a cheese, and some cold cuts. Maybe that’s because we stayed in the bungalow instead of the guest room.
