The location right on the old harbor is top‑class and the building has a fascinating history, but the furnishings are a matter of taste; the couch was extremely worn and lumpy. The coffee machine was missing, which would have been handy. The bathroom above the sink had no mirror, making makeup, blow‑drying or shaving difficult, and the windows couldn’t be darkened. In the peak summer heat we didn’t need an alarm, and the bed tax was miscalculated, so we had to pay extra. The 5 % bed tax for the dog seemed odd and we couldn’t find it in the information.
