Overall, the place is huge and the parking is massive; the room is ordinary but the air‑con and heater work very well. The Instagram‑worthy spots are a bit lacking, which is a bit disappointing.

It’s a perfect escape from Manila’s sweltering heat, especially since most nearby beaches are crowded or the water’s off and noisy crowds abound. If you’re willing to drive, you’ll enjoy the resort’s setting among fishing locals who also sell their first catch at bargain prices, and my kids liked the sights so the drive felt part of the adventure. Just keep your expectations in line with the resort’s class to avoid complaints; the rooms stay clean, the kitchen is adequate for family cooking, the central entertainment area is nice without intruding on other guests, and the water heater is well maintained. The two people—actually a couple—running the place are always available with friendly smiles.
