The guesthouse offers great value for money. Walking through the alley and heading down to Rustauli metro takes only 5‑7 minutes. The hosts are wonderful people, ready to help with any question. I give it 9 out of 10 just to encourage them to keep improving. It isn’t the guesthouse’s fault, but they forgot the uneven terrain of old Tbilisi; when we arrived by car we had to strain on the inclines. The ongoing repair on Rustauli Street also misdirected the GPS, so the route wasn’t optimal. Again, this isn’t the hotel’s fault—just note that Rustauli is under renovation and plan detours or entrances in advance.

The hostess was extremely welcoming, greeting us at 5 am after we got lost. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is central, everything nearby. The city is beautiful and the locals friendly; we recommend it to everyone.

We loved it! Everything was wonderful: clean, cozy, and comfortable. We were greeted warmly and the hostess was simply amazing—friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special thanks for accommodating an early check‑in, which was very convenient and appreciated. We left with only positive impressions, feeling comfortable and valued guests. We’d gladly stay again and definitely recommend it!
