I didn't see any staff, and the room code didn't work for our four rooms, so everything stayed unlocked.

The room was spacious, but there was no contact with the hosts and breakfast was served from a vending machine.

“Gute, aber zu unpersönliche/automatisierte Unterkunft.”

The room was roomy and comfortable, the bathroom was also fine, and the hotel was close to the city centre. However, there was no breakfast; we had to buy everything from a noisy vending machine in the lobby. Throughout the entire 3‑day stay we saw no other people, everything operated by codes, and we were alone in that large building. On the day of departure we couldn't turn on the lights in the dining room and had to eat on bar stools beside the loud vending machine. At night the garden lights kept turning on repeatedly, and we had no idea why. Overall it felt very impersonal and technical.

The setting and decoration are beautiful and new, and the room is clean. There was nothing negative.
