The room was very clean and of a pleasant size, with daily housekeeping that was flawless. Unfortunately, the breakfast was surprisingly disappointing for a 4‑star hotel and did not meet my expectations; the selection was modest. I chose a hotel on a heavily trafficked street, assuming the windows would be well insulated, but that wasn’t the case. From the second night onward, using earplugs helped me sleep better.

The room was very clean, spacious, and had attractive décor. The bed was comfortable and the size was good. The location is on a very busy road. Breakfast was okay but limited. Towels were very small and thin.

The hotel is modern and very tasteful. Next door is the Alora restaurant, which is excellent. A few things that could improve: 1. The restaurant closes early, around 13 h! 2. The variety of breads at breakfast could be better; 3. The fitness area could have more equipment.

The staff were good, the place was clean, and it’s nice that there’s a spacious parking lot. There was no maintenance at night. Our air conditioner didn’t respond to the settings. Breakfast had a limited selection of fruit.
