“Will not be returning. Not worth £450 a room”
The location is good, but the room felt dated, the reception area wasn’t welcoming, and the carpet was dirty.
The property was stunningly clean, with a huge, comfy bed and a gorgeous bathroom, and its location was great; the only downside was that my £100 deposit was still pending after five working days, which I find absurd.
“Overpriced for what the room was, it was good services but let us done with the spa which is only 3/4 rooms”
The hotel itself was nice, but we paid for the spa and rooftop pool only to find them closed and not informed beforehand—this was the main reason we booked for an anniversary, and overall it felt overpriced compared to a similar room at half the price.
