“Super freundlich!”
The staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was nice and the wellness area great; they offered gluten‑free options at breakfast and in the restaurant.
We didn’t like anything. We arrived at the hotel and found a place that felt more like a hostel and a basement. The lobby looked like a garage office! We were moved to a single room that was huge but had a tiny air‑con that was boiling hot. One reason was that there were windows from the roof that just let in direct sun and heated the room. It was basically a greenhouse/sauna. The hotel was not inviting at all, my wife started crying and we simply chose not to stay and moved to another hotel. We tried to talk to the host and also to one of the managers; we weren’t interested in staying there. The place decided not to cancel the booking and charged the full amount! (We were saying we would stay two nights) And it should be noted that we booked the hotel an hour before check‑in. In other words, the hotel didn’t really lose anyone else in our place!

The hotel’s excellent location, just a few minutes from the highway exit, offers outstanding accommodation. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and furnished with new décor. The very high level of cleanliness is a real highlight, as is the varied and plentiful breakfast. The only area that could improve is the reception service, which is active during normal business hours but then relies on bar staff in the evening, who are not always able to give timely responses. Adding another desk person might solve some of those issues. Overall, the rating remains excellent.
