The location is convenient, but the TV stopped working for two days and no fix was offered, making the services feel extremely overpriced.

The first contact was through an intercom, but because of traffic it was almost impossible to understand anything; the reception was empty and everything had to be handled by phone. There was no adequate parking, so I had to pull up in a private no‑stop zone, which the owner immediately complained about. I had to move my car again and walk a long way to the guest house, where the room was in a row‑house behind the main building. The entrance there was a nightmare: a cramped staircase and the smell of deep‑fried food and dogs made it neither appetizing nor welcoming.

The place is a nice, unpretentious hotel, great for a short business stay, and the lake nearby is perfect for evening walks.
