The location is superb, being very central, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout the stay. However, accessibility for people with disabilities could be improved: a step leads into the bathroom, making it difficult or impossible for those with limited mobility or using a wheelchair, and addressing this would make the accommodation more inclusive.
