Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bursa Nilüfer

The pool was nice and early check‑in worked, breakfast and tea were good, yet the hotel sits too close to the entertainment center, making it impossible to sleep because of the horrible noise all night; the pillows were so uncomfortable I had to massage my neck after returning, and the room was microscopic with no minibar, which is a standard for a four‑star hotel.

The room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Cleanliness was good; an average hotel for rest and travel, but the location is too noisy with night clubs and such.

it was clean and cheap. I tried 4-5 different hotels before in gorukle and I think here is better than the other options in Gorukle. I didnt spend much time init so I cannot rate bad. there was a free parking area for the car and there is a starbucks next to the hotel. trio is a good spot to hang out with friends. lots of pubs and restaurants. However, if you want to spend a quiet night after a long day, trio wont be the best stop. It could've be a noisy experience for some of the rooms that look to trio but our room was looking to an empty backyard. very small room with very small shower

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, which I had chosen due to its association with the Sheraton brand. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall quality. The first room I was given was extremely dirty, with a dirty floor, unclean bathroom, and even dirt on the table. The second room was slightly better, but the floor was still dirty. The hotel was also extremely noisy, making it difficult for me to rest.
