“Wohnung super, Einiges aber noch ausbaufähig.”

The apartment is very modern and stylish, small but nice, with a superb, very clean bathroom, bright and friendly. The landlord is very kind and helpful. The bed and sofa‑bed were unfortunately uncomfortable. The TV was present as described, but only offered ARD and ZDF. The inventory was very sparse, with only one sharp knife, no bread knife, no cutting board, no ladles, whisk, or similar items, no pasta strainer, and various other standard items. Inside the building there is a ventilation system that makes a relatively loud humming, throbbing noise day and night, especially loud in the upstairs bedroom, making sleep very difficult for us personally.

“Gute Zeit in einer sehr schönen und neuen Ferienwohnung”

Close to Schloss Dankern, shopping nearby, and parking right at the door. We still missed a wool blanket and a pasta strainer, otherwise it was quite noisy from the neighbouring flat. This is high‑level complaining ;-)

“Ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Emsland.”

Everything feels brand‑new and has been upgraded to a high standard, with a spacious bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony overlooking the garden; the hosts are very friendly and live in the building below.
