The staff went out of their way to help us. Our room was a bit dark, so they immediately upgraded us to a balcony room. The restaurant staff and the cook were very welcoming, greeting us every morning at the breakfast table. Outstanding service. Even the pool area and the lounge were great. We will definitely return. Thanks to the reception, restaurant, Moon Bar and lounge, Coco, bell boys, and the entire staff for your awesome service. Everything was perfect.

The hotel has a heritage vibe that I liked, but the room ventilation was poor and there were a few unpleasant smells in the room.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The food was great and there were many facilities such as a spa and a rooftop café. Everything was great.

The staff were very courteous, the breakfast was good, the common areas were beautifully decorated, and the room itself had nice décor; however, the water bottles were a bit small.
