Everything is vegan, so you can eat and drink without constantly checking if it’s vegan ❤️
“Heerlijke tijd aan de Moezel”
The spot was great, but the hotel claimed the price was all‑inclusive and would charge a maximum of three nights for the dog, which turned out not to be true.
“Teleurstellend en slecht , zeker geen aanrader.”
I can’t say much good about it, except the reception was friendly. The price was too high for what the hotel offered, the rooms were outdated with plumbing that needed replacement, and both the rooms and terrace were dirty. After a two‑night stay we were shocked to see a tourist tax of about 40 € per room at checkout; we had booked two rooms. Breakfast was very limited, mostly vegetables and sandwiches with jam.
“Ff een paar dagen eropuit.”
The riverside location is great, a quiet village near the busy Bernkastel Kues, and they have a beautiful indoor pool with several saunas—wonderful! However, we booked a room with a Mosel view but received one overlooking the parking lot (they said the dogs made it better). After we pointed this out, we were given another Mosel‑view room, but it lacked a balcony.
“Te duur en zeer matig eten.”
The location was fine, but the room had curtains hanging half‑open at 6:30 am, was dusty under the bed, and the food was very mediocre. The staff didn’t welcome feedback and asked how long we’d been vegan in response to the poor food, which had nothing to do with its quality.
