Honestly, the hotel was a letdown - it was pretty basic and the reception staff were super unhelpful. We ended up checking out a day early since we couldn't take it anymore. Not a great experience overall.

The staff were really supportive which was great, but some of the hotel policies were a bit of a pain. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The room was great and the staff were really friendly, so that's a plus. No major complaints on our end.

One thing that was a bit of a bummer was that the fitness centre wasn't in the same building as the hotel. Not a huge deal, but still.

The staff were really polite and the balcony was a lovely touch. The rooftop restaurant and food were also a highlight. That being said, the hotel was a bit of a hike from the tourist areas and the rooms could've been cleaner and bigger. Room service was also a bit slow.
