Hotel Kumala Pantai

Nothing good at all. The experience was the most dishonest of our entire trip. Booking charged us twice for our reservation and neither the hotel nor Booking wanted to cancel either booking, even though it wasn't our fault. The front‑desk staff laughed at us and mocked us. We felt like tourists who could be easily overcharged. It's a shame in this beautiful country we usually visit. This is the first time I've had such an unpleasant experience with staff, and beware of scams with Booking!

The grounds were fabulous, with two great swimming pools and spacious rooms; the location was convenient, the restaurant was good, breakfast was bountiful, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the visit truly enjoyable.
