Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh Sport Hotel

I was very impressed by the reception staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Hamed, the reception head, and Mr. Ahmed Hamdy from reservations; they never delayed in helping me and stood by me. I will never forget that. Thanks to Mr. Mohamed Ramadan, Ms. Mariam, and Ms. Rinaad. There is nothing that did not impress me; everything surpassed expectations.

First: the warmth of the reception and the hospitality. Second: the cleanliness. Third: the location. Fourth: the quiet. Fifth, not least: Mr. Mohamed Hamed and Mr. Ahmed Hamdy handled the booking issue and their delay until late to resolve it, but it was finally fixed. There is nothing else to mention.

I cannot find words to describe how much I like everything; everything exceeds my expectations. There is nothing negative.

The staff were very hardworking, attentive, and engaged, like busy bees, and God bless, the hotel’s location by the sea was great. The rooms were very old and smelled damp; the furniture was also old and contributed to the dampness, so the rooms and furniture could have been more modern.
