The staff are very attentive with a 24/24 reception. The room is splendid with a sauna, whirlpool, small terrace… Breakfast is excellent with a very beautiful view. The hot air balloon show is magnificent, we are very well located and outside the noise of Goreme but just next to all the sites and cities to visit. I would like to mention that taking a troglodyte room is part of the trip and the experience, but beware the humidity level rises extremely fast. For an asthmatic person this can be delicate. The hotel has nevertheless provided a large fan and air conditioning which is not negligible.

“Perfect honeymoon adventure”

We were on our honeymoon when we stayed here, and the panoramic valley views from the restaurant were amazing. The location is perfect for spotting hot air balloons in the morning. Breakfast was generous with many choices, enough to keep us full until dinner. We received a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite, and the staff were outstanding—helping arrange transport up the hill from our drop‑off and even lending us an umbrella on a rainy evening. We felt taken care of the whole time. The town is quieter than busy Göreme, yet still has several bars and restaurants at the hill’s base, which we’re glad to have nearby. The steep climb to the hotel isn’t a problem for us, though it might be a bit tough for some; the views make it worthwhile.
