“Chcemy nocować w "Pałacu" nie "Domku Letnim". Prosimy spacyfikować kucyka.”
We really liked the location, the palace’s surroundings, and the rest of the facilities – all were wonderful. The highlight was the pony, but we couldn’t saddle it (the owner was a bit hyperactive 😅🤣… just a joke). Seriously, if a horse isn’t trained to interact with people and reacts aggressively, using self‑defense as an attack, it should be more isolated from visitors, especially children. The fear of being bitten or kicked negatively affects guests and staff. Warning signs should be visible, or the pony should be isolated. Another issue concerns the palace; we visited it for a second night. We didn’t fully agree with the online listing. Every time we came, we were convinced we could stay in this beautiful palace. The listing is vague and doesn’t reveal details about the exact lodging location. Every visit, the palace was inaccessible. On weekends and special events it opens for groups as a lodging place, which isn’t mentioned online. Tourists shouldn’t be treated that way because of internal organizational changes. It’s unfair that guests arriving in pairs or families, not as a large group, don’t have the same rights as others. For us, this ambiguity feels like a slight deception. Everyone pays the same money, so we have the right to expect the facilities and standards advertised.
