“Emplacement idéal.”

The room was very spacious. The bed comfort was pleasant. The bathroom met expectations. Most importantly, the location is ideal: right next to the old town. The evening receptionist was very welcoming, available, and understanding. The fridge was removed from the room. We stayed two nights, but the room isn’t prepared unless you stay at least three nights. The morning receptionist was (very) unpleasant. I hope this is just a one‑off and for personal reasons.

The breakfasts were nice and the setting was perfect. The restaurant/bar was closed two of the three days we stayed. The pillows needed to be replaced. Cleaning every three days isn’t often enough. Reception was very friendly and very helpful.

“Nur die Lage zählt”

The location and quietness of the room are positives, yet cleaning only every three days is tolerable, but the fact that the beds aren’t made is unacceptable—I'd rather rent a cheaper apartment. The Comfortroom is spacious, yet you can only ventilate it through the sliding door onto the public roof terrace, which is unsettling at night and impossible to ventilate during the day unless you’re inside. Breakfast isn’t included and is overpriced at 21€, parking costs 19€ with no alternative, the noise in the breakfast area is unbearable, and the service could improve (only two small pieces of cheese under the cheese dome, no refills; sweet mustard for the Weißwurst was missing).

The spot is great, but the rooms are seriously outdated and in dire need of renovation; the building used to be lovely, yet now it feels old and neglected.
