I spent nine nights in Jongno; the hotel is right next to the metro station and the airport limousine stop. My room was cozy and functional, and it was cleaned every day. In the lobby there’s a snack area with coffee, bread and popcorn, and the staff were very friendly. Nothing negative.

The room was huge, the hotel is just a few meters from the metro stop and right in the middle of the neighborhood, surrounded by a ton of shops, but the mattress was really hard—only downside.

After a bad experience elsewhere, booking moved us to YAJA for a three‑week stay; the staff were perfect, very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 602, a VIP suite with a jacuzzi, a separate toilet, and an Italian shower. The bed is quite firm, typical of Asia, so don't be surprised. Cleaning came daily while we were out, and the mini‑fridge was refilled every day. Everything we used was included in the room, so no extra charges. Drink the water that’s provided—it’s important! Thanks again to booking for relocating us to such a beautiful hotel, and to YAJA for their quick response even late at night.
