The unit was clean, comfortable, modern, and well equipped, making it just right for a one‑night stay. It was a bit small, lacked charm, and sat in a newly developed suburb with a view of a shipping container on an empty plot. The check‑in went poorly: we received an invalid code for the lock, and when we entered it the device spoke to us in what seemed like Mandarin. I called the help number, and the operator quickly fixed the issue by giving us a new code, but he didn’t offer an apology.
