The price was good, but the staff programmed my room key to someone else’s room and didn’t apologize; the pillows were terrible.

We didn’t like anything about the property. The place wasn’t clean—two cockroaches appeared at check‑in, the staff spoke in another language and walked away when we mentioned the issue, and someone else took over; I booked three rooms but the staff didn’t understand that each room had a different guest name; after receiving our cards we pulled the beds out and found dead and live cockroaches behind them, every piece of furniture had brown stains, and the guest we found in the room seemed to be on drugs and was not nice.

The location was convenient and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, but the property looked a bit rundown and needed some TLC; the outdoor areas were littered with trash and cigarette butts.

The hotel feels very dated, like from the 1980s, with a musty, old smell; the bathroom walls were crumbling, the AC cord lay on the floor in the walking path to the bed, the windows were dirty, and it made me wonder what the owner’s home looks like. We won’t stay there again.
