Overall, the stay went very well. The staff were kind and friendly. When I arrived, a young man helped me with my luggage to my room. The only downside was the person who accompanied me on the shuttle back to the airport; he left me with my luggage and wouldn’t help me load them onto the bus. When we got there, I had to unload the three bags without his help, which I didn’t appreciate.
