“Really relaxing”
Lovely staff, nothing else to note.
“Nice hotel - comfortable, quiet, good customer service.”
Good location, quiet room, and the window opened—unlike some other London hotels. The fitness room had weights and cardio machines. A better hairdryer with a nozzle would have been nice. 🙂
“Handy for a tube...”
The location is spot‑on in central London, close to the tube and easy to get around. We stayed overnight after a concert past midnight and had no problems. Breakfast had good food choices. The room was large, clean and neat, and the area has plenty of shops and cafés.

The room was tidy, the bed solid, the bathroom had a little lime scale but the shower worked fine. The snack bar and complimentary drinks were a great bonus.
Excellent room and facilities, but the reception lost the evidence of the booking payment.
