“Všude čisto, personál příjemný, skvělá kuchyně”
Breakfast was very good; nothing else to add.
We liked the hotel’s location – a great spot near Babiččina údolí – but the room’s furnishings were disappointing; many items were broken, such as the air‑conditioner leaking after being turned on and off, a broken door on the nightstand locker, a broken glass on the TV table, a broken hook on the towel rack, etc. The staff were uncooperative; at check‑in and when we entered the restaurant, the waiter simply walked away without greeting or asking what we needed. We were told that check‑in was after 14:00, but we had already been told it was after 13:00 and wanted to see if an earlier time could be arranged politely – the waiter was quite reluctant and wanted everything done quickly. Breakfast was not bad, but on the last day we were disappointed because we had to use the bathroom and the sausages and eggs were not fresh. The whole stay was a big let‑down; I stayed with my dad here about 12 years ago and we were much more satisfied then.
Everything we liked. No complaints. Just that a small fridge or a tiny one in the room would be nice.

The bed was comfortable, but we were unpleasantly surprised upon arrival to learn that the hotel restaurant was closed, which we had not been informed about beforehand. It seemed a large cleaning was taking place – a cart full of trash stood in front of the entrance, containing expired food, and a strong sewage odor seeped into the room while we were ventilating. Breakfast was decent, but the dishes were worn and some plates were dented; the small dessert plates were missing, so we had to put the pastry for coffee in a bowl. Overall, the hotel felt old and poorly maintained, which is a shame because with better cleanliness, equipment and overall condition it could have been much nicer.
Friendly and accommodating management and restaurant staff. The room air conditioning was great. I still missed a small fridge.
