The room was huge with a gigantic bed, and the place was super clean and incredibly quiet. The staff even upgraded me to a higher‑level room just to ensure a peaceful night. The sound‑proof windows were great. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very clean and met international comfort standards, but the staff were not very welcoming and the place felt impersonal. We couldn’t get our room right away and weren’t offered a place to wait with a refreshment. Our stay overlapped with a conference that made it feel like regular guests were being short‑changed—limited restaurant seating even though the venue was empty, and it was hard to move around the hotel.

“GREAT HOTEL AND LOCATION.”

The hotel far surpassed my expectations; the room was classy and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I liked the pool’s location and the gym. The place was spotless and the staff were friendly and well‑trained. I was happy when my request for a lower floor was fulfilled. The grounds were clean. Indonesian food at breakfast was top notch. My only gripe was at the buffet: I asked for two sunny‑side‑up eggs, but the cook had left the station to go back to the kitchen and served me two pre‑cooked eggs that had been refrigerated; they curled up on the side. I expected hot eggs, not cold ones. As a retired executive chef, I understand cost and waste, but this seemed like a stretch to save money. A refresher on the procedure would help.
