It’s fairly close to everything, especially Rome Termini station, but the elevator was too small, making it hard to bring luggage and a mobility scooter up and down, and the building felt very cramped.

The location was good and the rooms were clean, but every sound from the neighboring room seemed to come inside ours—coughing, vomiting, TV, coffee‑machine noises—so we couldn’t sleep because of the people next door. The air‑conditioners were extremely noisy and the elevator failed to work when two people used it together.

The location was great, the reception was helpful 24/7, and the place was clean and tidy, yet the air‑conditioning in the room made a constant squealing noise, so we only used it when we weren’t there; the elevator was cramped, fitting only two people with small luggage, and sometimes it didn’t work from the 5th floor, forcing us to use the stairs, which could be inconvenient. It’s not a real elevator but an add‑on.
