The place was overall very clean, modernly styled, and had a nice, comfortable lounge area; the rooms were also very cozy and quiet. It’s well connected to trains and trams, but the hotel restaurant shuts quite early, especially on weekends or when there’s a concert at the MVM Dome.

The TV doesn’t work at all, the door is stuck, and the bathroom is a mess.

The staff entered my room around 9:20 am without prior notice or even a knock, using the card, even though check‑out was at 12 pm. The reception claimed the hotel employee “thought” no one was there. When I reported it, it turned out the person who entered wasn’t even the cleaning lady. This was a complete violation of privacy. If it weren’t for this, all ratings would be the highest. Because of the seriousness of the breach, the rating drops from 10 to 1; it’s not about melted butter or an empty soap container, it’s about privacy and safety, which should be a priority in hotel service.

The reception was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The cleaning staff were sloppy and I didn’t even think to thank them, yet they performed their job flawlessly.
