We had to check in very late because of a flight delay, but that went smoothly. The beds were ultra comfortable and I think the sheets were silk, very high quality. The staff were very helpful. We had booked breakfast, yet it was cancelled in writing beforehand and reduced to just one instance. We received a refund of 150000 Dong, but for two adults in Vietnam we still didn't get breakfast for two days.
