“Convenient place for short stay.”

The reception stays open until midnight, the personnel are helpful, and the room is clean with all the essentials for comfortable living. However, the room is too small for three people, better suited for two, and the canteen is cramped and overcrowded during peak breakfast times.

The location is good, but the room is very small and the bed is narrow, leaving barely enough space for two adults. We booked the superior room, not the small one, yet the bathroom sink is tiny. There is a balcony, but it’s not spacious enough for two people.

“A great place for exploring Lisboa!”

The main reason I liked LX51 was the staff—every desk employee was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient with a nearby Metro stop, and an unexpected bonus was a sports bar down the block showing a Bills game on TV. The stairs from street level to the first landing were very difficult for us; a railing would have helped.

Location is great. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet nice and the lounge,/outdoor was enjoyable as was our small balcony. The mattress was beyond hard, despite the addition of a mattress cover. Just wasn't thick enough. The room was very small. Tight fit for two people. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom, next to the bed. The room description said "private bathroom" but did not say the sink was next to the bed. No fridge in this room. I clearly missed that fact in the description. My bad. Staff did put some of our drinks in a fridge off of the lobby front desk. With taxes, we paid $300.00 CDN per night. We expected more comfort and basic amenities
