I was completely satisfied with the hotel: the staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the spa area excellent, room service was available around the clock and the breakfast selection was good; if you prefer not to eat there, plenty of nice cafés are within walking distance, so I’d give it a full 10/10 and recommend it.

The staff were really disappointing, but the Cluster General Manager Fatih Baycan eventually stepped in and gave us substantial help and compensation as a band‑aid after our two unsatisfactory days at Marriott.
