The bed was very comfortable and the room amenities were above average and well maintained. The staff were friendly and approachable. The location between the main train station and the old town was perfect for my trip. The staircases were under renovation and looked a bit messy to use.

Everything. There was no hair dryer.

Great location and friendly staff. I would not recommend the attic rooms; the ceilings are very low and they are uncomfortable.
