The hotel was closed for renovations when I arrived with my kids in July 2026—what a nightmare. No assistance from Booking, I was left to deal with it alone! The lack of professional communication from the booking site was unacceptable.

Breakfast was somewhat acceptable, the pool deserves praise, but overall the experience was bad. The Indian reception staff named Kira were the worst I've seen, and the cleanliness and room changes were terrible; the rooms were very cramped, so the whole stay was disappointing.
