The property’s location is great and the staff are all good – nothing to add there. The issue I ran into was booking a taxi from the hotel to the city centre, about 22‑24 km away. The total was VND450K; they dropped me off around 7 pm and said I could call them whenever I finished, with no time limit. I called after 2 am in heavy rain, expecting a pick‑up, but they refused and even switched off their mobile. I had to take a taxi from the city centre that cost VND1200K because the driver couldn’t find the hotel on Google Maps and the reception phone was off. When I got back, I paid the hotel by card and they paid the driver. The hotel charged me VND250K for the drop‑off plus VND1200K for the return taxi. They shouldn’t have turned off the phone; at least they should have guided the taxi to the hotel properly, especially since I was new and had trouble communicating.

“Goede plek om te overnachten / bij te slapen vanaf het vliegveld.”

The rooms were as expected. The family room had a window, and the two‑person room had a window facing the hallway, not the outside. The shower seemed very cramped. We only slept a few hours. The owner picked us up from the airport quickly for a fee.

“Ottimo hotel vicino all’aeroporto”

The hotel is very close to the airport; a 20‑minute walk gets you there. Our room wasn’t huge but it was clean. There was no outside noise, not even from planes.

The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a fridge. The staff were very friendly! The location near the airport is top.
