The facility was clean, but the management was lacking; the staff were polite and tried to help, yet they needed better training. At 7:55 AM one front‑desk employee told me the 8 AM shuttle would arrive in a few minutes, while another said it had already left at about 8:06 AM when I checked inside; I didn’t know whom to trust and ended up taking an Uber to the airport.
