The hotel was very clean, but we weren’t properly greeted and didn’t receive any information about our stay; we only got the key. The buffet food was lukewarm.

“Ein Herz für Kinder”

A warm welcome greeted us, and most of the staff were genuinely great and helpful. The lunch was okay, but the breakfast buffet was fantastic and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking, and it’s a paradise for kids who are old enough to join the activities. However, we were deeply shocked and hurt by an everyday racism incident involving two older gentlemen at the house’s regulars table; someone from the staff witnessed it, but nothing was done even though the manager later sat at that table. The toilet door could only be closed from the inside; otherwise it always stayed slightly ajar. There were no covers for the sofa bed, and both the sauna and the pool were cold.

The mountains were great. All‑inclusive, but we had to pay for alcoholic drinks. Breakfast didn’t start until 8:00 am and wasn’t ready; we only got coffee at 8:30 am. There was no internet throughout the hotel; when I asked the staff for a password, she said there were no technicians on the weekend. The pool water was too cold for kids to enter. We were charged for billiards.

“Séjour agréable pour les enfants”

Good location, pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, and the mascot visit. The wellness area with sauna/hammam and children, the unheated pool with mold stains, the finish and cleanliness of our room, and the wait at reception were all disappointing.
