There’s nothing good to say. The hotel has changed hands and no longer operates under its former name, and my previous reservation wasn’t transferred, forcing me to pay again for two nights. Most of the other guests seemed to be from Bangladesh, and the shower worked without an actual showerhead.

I would not recommend this place; we booked two rooms that were confirmed, but upon arrival the owner said there were no rooms left and assured us we wouldn’t be charged, yet we were, and the refund process is very complicated – the opposite of what happened at another hotel that handled cancellations properly.

I was really impressed with the staff here - they were super friendly and helpful. Everything else, however, was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom was a bit dirty and the bed sheets were stained, which was a bit off-putting. Still, the staff made up for it.

The only good thing about this place was the staff, who were really friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The bed and room were a letdown, and the bed sheets weren't even washed, which is just basic hygiene. I wouldn't recommend it unless they sort out the basics.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's right in the heart of the action, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem, especially at night. Still, it's a great spot if you want to be in the thick of things.
