I only liked the location. The room was nasty, with a bed that had brown stains. Front desk staff were non‑communicative and rude, just handing us our keys without asking what was wrong or offering another room when we demanded a move from the filth. We never got a refund or a complimentary stay after having to change rooms twice in the middle of the night because of poor cleanliness and discomfort.

There was nothing enjoyable at this hotel. It was broken down, poorly lit, smelly, and falling apart. Staff and the general manager were rude. The staff smelled of body odor, the room was falling apart with black mold at the baseboards, and the rest of the hotel was very unclean and dirty. The room felt unsafe because the door didn’t lock and it had dirty sheets and counters upon entering. Absolutely disgusting.

It was clean and easy to get to there was no pool and tge pull out bed was broken and they wouldn't come fix it like they said they would. There was no pool The tv only had like 8 channels The pull out bed broke they don't offer to fix it or move us
