La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tyler

The bed was fine. The property is in complete disrepair: it needs paint, updates, carpentry work, and basically shouldn’t be used at all. If I’d known the real condition, I wouldn’t have stayed. It was apparently nice at first, but it’s not anymore. The staff were unwelcoming at best. I’ll tell people not to even consider this property. I’ve stayed at other La Quinta’s and in other states, and none have been as deplorable.

“It’s cool and all it’s just I wish the staff was more nicer”

It’s close to my job. The staff were very impatient, had attitude, and the neighbors were loud.

“Didn’t stay 15 minutes and the experience was terrible”

Nothing. The room was dirty, comforters were stained, the tub wouldn’t drain. I asked for a new room and the smell of weed was horrible as soon as I opened the door. I had to get a refund and leave.

The guy at the front desk was nice. I noticed right away that the room had roaches and other pests. It smelled bad, and not even halfway through a shower did the tub start draining because the water wouldn’t drain.

“Unsafe for children and hazardous for health reasons.”

The place was practically a cigarette and marijuana stench, with dead bugs everywhere on the floor and mold around the tub.
